COME TO THE VIGO SEAFOOD FESTIVAL

Vigo Seafood Festival

From 27 to 30 August and from 3 to 6 September 2026, Vigo will host a new edition of the Vigo Seafood Festival, a gastronomic event celebrating the richness of Vigo Bay and the city’s maritime tradition.

Over eight days, a large food tent will offer a selection of some of the most representative products of Galician cuisine, including queen scallops, spider crab, lobster, Galician-style octopus and empanadas, accompanied by wines with a Designation of Origin. All this will be available at affordable prices without compromising the quality of the Galician produce.

Gastronomy will share the spotlight with a wide programme of activities for all ages. Concerts, traditional folk performances, workshops, traditional games, storytelling, showcookings and street performances will bring the port to life throughout the festival.

A great opportunity to discover the flavours of the sea and Galician culinary tradition in one of Vigo’s most emblematic settings.
