Family afternoons in Galicia’s Zoo

Vigozoo is the only zoo in Galicia, and it’s the ideal place to spend an afternoon with your family, learning more about nature, our ecosystem and the lives of different animal species.

It’s more than 35 square miles are located in A Madroa, in the neighbourhood of Teis, which is approximately six miles from the centre.

The zoo has mammals from Africa, Asia and America, such as lions, tigers and grizzly bears, as well as species autochthonous to the Peninsula, like the European lynx. You’ll enjoy the hyperactive monkeys, and the nobility of the wolf will leave you mesmerized.
